At this task force briefing Dr. Philipp Tillich will lead us through what's on the agenda in Health during Austria's upcoming Presidency of European Council.


Health Attaché | Permanent Representation of Austria to the EU

Philipp Tillich is the Health Attaché at the Austrian Permanent Representation to the EU, during the Austrian Presidency of the European Council he will chair the Council Working Parties for Public Health, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices dossiers. Philipp began his employment the Federal Ministry of Health in August of 2005 and was seconded to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2006. Before that he was employed with the Permanent Mission of Austria to the UN in New York and was Head of Sponsoring in 2003 at the Graz Cultural Capital of Europe. His previous experience includes working at the Austrian National Broadcasting Company and was the PR Manager for a Communication Company in Vienna. Philipp holds a Masters Degree in Political Science and a PhD in Philosophy and Theology.
